We’ve received 100% positive feedback! Our NPS score is 94, which is a massive 43 higher than our sector average. As well as being 6 higher than our last years score! Respondents said they were highly satisfied with our services. It’s clear that our efforts are coming through to you, and your support motivates us to keep striving for excellence!

One of the reasons we conduct this yearly survey is to ensure we are keeping to the high standards that we set out to achieve, while also gaining any insights into any areas that we could improve upon.

We are absolutely delighted to say that we had no areas of improvement that anyone could think of. However, we won’t take this as a step back from our standards or commitment to continually improve. We will continue to internally evaluate any areas we feel that, as a team, we could provide even better service to you.
